Dr. Jeffrey Horak joined the Lake Region Healthcare Medical Staff in 2006.
Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Dr. Horak received his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry at Nebraska Wesleyan University, Lincoln. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha. Dr. Horak completed his surgical residency at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan.
Before joining the Lake Region Healthcare team, Dr. Horak was in private practice in Livonia, Michigan for 11 years.
Dr. Horak is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Horak, and his wife Debbie Kaminski have two children.
