Lake Region Healthcare (LRH) welcomed Dr. Kamran Khaghany, to our medical staff in the Radiology Department as a Musculoskeletal Radiologist in November, 2014.
Dr. Khaghany received his Medical Degree at Michigan State University. He completed his Residency in Diagnostic Radiology and a Fellowship in musculoskeletal Imaging at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine in North Carolina. He Interned at Grand Rapids Medical Education & Research Center in Michigan.
Khaghany has served as a radiologist in North Carolina and North Dakota and is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology.
Joining LRH radiologists Dr. Tom Larson, Dr. James Matter, and Dr. Vali Orandi, Khaghany said he is excited to be part of a team that not only provides excellent, compassionate patient care but also fosters growth and teamwork among its physicians and administrators. “I feel that the smaller size of LRH offers a more personal environment in which to work and care for patients,” he said.
His professional interests include all facets of diagnostic and interventional radiology with a specific focus on and fellowship training & expertise in musculoskeletal imaging and procedures.
His personal interests and hobbies include reading, traveling, snowboarding, golf, watersports, and spending time with his wife Laura and their two daughters.
