Born in Bottineau, North Dakota, Dr. Lokken graduated from the University of North Dakota with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He obtained his medical degree from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
Dr. Lokken completed his Family Medicine Residency at LaCrosse-Mayo, LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
