(FERGUS FALLS, Minn.) “What’s Your Plan, Man?” is the rally cry to men across the area who are being encouraged to pay more attention to their prostate health at an upcoming special event hosted by Lake Region Healthcare’s “Living Well” program.
The prostate health event is a special program of the 2016 series that will be held at the LRH Cancer Care & Research Center’s Conference Room on Tuesday, November 15th from 5:30 to 7:30pm.
Two experts in the area of prostate health will speak at the event, Patrick Troumbley and Dr. Zvi Levran. The evening will also include an interactive tour of the Radiation Therapy Department. The Cancer Center staff, educational material and general health & wellness information will be available as well.
Patrick Troumbley MS, CSCS, is an Exercise Physiologist with multiple years of experience in the field of exercise and wellness for cancer survivors. Patrick was the lead exercise physiologist at the Huntsman Cancer Institute, in Salt Lake City, for several years. He has specialized in working with men going through prostate cancer treatment. Patrick is very passionate about helping this group as he lost his father in 2012 due to side effects related to Prostate Cancer treatment. He developed the Man Plan exercise and wellness program, with Abbvie Pharmaceuticals, with the goal to help more men enjoy their lives with their families while perusing the activities they enjoy.
Dr. Zvi Levran’s urological expertise includes treatment of all genitourinary tumors, both benign and cancerous, male infertility, sexual dysfunction and impotency, scalpless vasectomy, vasectomy reversals, kidney stone disease, voiding dysfunction, urinary incontinence and urinary tract infections. Dr Levran also specializes in pediatric urology as well as urological plastic surgery in all populations.
