(FERGUS FALLS, Minn.) – Three local residents will share their personal journey toward better health and wellness at the February Living Well Education series hosted by Lake Region Healthcare (LRH). Cy Grover, Britt Piekarski and Collin Kremeier will be the featured speakers sharing their stories, with additional perspective provided by their personal trainers at Lake Region Healthcare, Karoline Gustafson and Natalie Knutson.
“Cy, Collin and Britt each have a unique Wellness Story and we are so grateful they are so generously opening up to share their stories with the public at this month's session,” said Wellness Coordinator at LRH, Natalie Knutson. “They plan to share how and why they got started on a journey to better health, the ups/downs they've experienced, and the barriers to their success,” she said. “All three of them have been impacted mentally, physically, financially, and spiritually and each story is a true inspiration that will remind us all that we are not alone in the challenges we face when it comes to balancing all aspects of wellness and achieving our optimal health.”
