Temporary 32 hours per two-week pay period with Mill Street Residence. Day shift.
To perform building maintenance-related duties in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing assisted living communities.
General knowledge and understanding of plumbing, drywall, painting, lighting, electrical, carpentry and mechanical maintenance and repairs of the facility, equipment and HVAC systems. Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Should possess good intervention techniques, effective communication skills with groups and individuals, problem solving and decision making capabilities, and the ability to solicit cooperation. Patience, tact, enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards the elderly is essential.
$11.56 an hour.
Wage
