80 hours per two-week pay period with the Revenue Cycle department. Day shift.
The purpose of this position is to ensure that all functions and responsibilities of Registration and Revenue Cycle in general are executed in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner meeting all department and organizational requirements.
Extensive expertise in related revenue cycle functions such as patient financial services, medical billing, registration and/or charge coding. Four-year degree required. Ability to successfully lead, motivate and coach direct and indirect staff reports. Ability to analyze patient accounts and determine status and required actions. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms and build strong relationships with related functions and departments. Working knowledge of related system applications, spreadsheets and word processing software Ability to provide outstanding customer service. Diplomacy skills to bridge complex and delicate issues and priorities across functional boundaries and with Lake Region clients, payers, and outside vendors.
