32 hours per two-week pay period with the Human Resources department. Day shift.
The purpose of the Employee Health Administrative Assistant is to provide clerical support to the employee health office. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Director, however works closely with (and takes daily work direction) from the Employee Health Coordinator. This position involves various clerical duties including, but not limited to, employee health data entry, scheduling & conducting of pre-placement health screenings, taking messages and answering general employee health/wellness questions, routing of any employee health urgencies to staff as appropriate, and assistance with coordinating various wellness programs as assigned.
This position requires 2+ years of office experience in a clerical role. An Associates degree and previous employee wellness and/or workers compensation processing is preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and ability to operate computer/office equipment and have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills. Experience with Microsoft Publisher and/or other related programs a plus.
