MA/LPN - Exhibits proficient and professional communication with patients, co-workers, and physicians. Performs efficiently and accurately when assisting physician and/or carrying out physician orders as related to patient care, including appropriate documentation. Be knowledgeable of resources available in Lake Region Healthcare and the community with regards to health care. RN - The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients. The framework for practice will be the nursing process in order to prescribe, delegate and coordinate nursing care. The RN has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, hospital employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position. The RN must be able to supervise patient care, secure cooperation from others, problem-solve, and exercise initiative and judgement.
MA - Medical Assistant Certification preferred. Have the ability to communicate proficiently and professionally in both verbal and written. This position requires current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months. LPN - To perform in this position requires the incumbent to be a graduate of a school of practical nursing with current LPN licensure in Minnesota. Must have the ability to communicate proficiently and professionally in both verbal and written methods. Must possess patient assessment abilities. This position requires current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months. RN - To perform in this position requires the incumbent to be a graduate of a school of nursing with current licensure in Minnesota or would also consider a Graduate Nurse. This position requires current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months.
