80 hours per two-week pay period available with the Revenue Cycle department. Day shifts.This position will facilitate the gathering of information to verify medical necessity to meet prior authorization and
insurance referral requirements.
LPN or other health related experience appropriate for the area of utilization review may be acceptable. Must have the ability to communicate proficiently and professionally in both verbal and written methods. Experience/knowledge of authorizations, referrals, verifications, CPT and ICD 9 coding, and medical claims process is desired.
