May "Living Well" Series: I Can Prevent Diabetes
Dr. Colt Edin, Internal Medicine will share a medical perspective on pre-diabetes and steps you can take to prevent the onset of this disease. We'll also hear a success story from Mary Bressler who will talk firsthand about going through the "I Can Prevent Diabetes" program and how she made lifestyle changes and is on a healthier path thanks to what she learned from it. Natalie Knutson will also share information on LRH's I Can Prevent Diabetes and Lifestyle Medicine programs.
