This free community event is your opportunity to learn more about your health and takes steps to lead a healthier lifestyle. Free health screenings from 3 to 6:30 include Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Cholesterol, Skin Cancer, Peripheral Arterial Disease, and Glaucoma/Macular Degeneration. Patient coaches will also be on hand to help answer questions & offer tips for addressing any concerning screening results.
The Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Department will have tours and hands-on information about Joint Replacement, Podiatry and Cardiology "Ask a Doctor" stations, chair massages, speakers, snacks and more.
