Originally from Grand Forks, North Dakota, Dr. Borowski received his B.S. degree in Biology and a Masters in Counseling at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. He received his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and completed his Family Practice Residency at the University of North Dakota Center for Family Medicine in Minot, North Dakota. He then received subspecialty training in Obstetrics/Neonatology through the Trinity and St. Joseph's Hospitals in Minot.
Before joining the Lake Region Healthcare team, Dr. Borowski practiced in Rugby, North Dakota. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
He and his wife, Sheila, have four adult children, and three grandsons.
