Class Aims to Help Reduce Falling
[Fergus Falls, MN] Have you turned down a chance to go out with family or friends because you were concerned about falling? Have you cut down on a favorite activity because you might fall?? A Matter of Balance is a class offered at Lake Region Healthcare designed to boost confidence and reduce fears of falling. In addition the class increases strength, balance and teaches ways to stay active outside of the class setting.
Who should attend?
- Anyone concerned about falls
- Anyone interested in improving balance, flexibility and strength
- Anyone who has fallen in the past
- Anyone who has restricted activities because of falling concerns
Session: Tuesday October 7th- Thursday October 30th
10:15am-12:15pm--- Includes Snack
