Billing inquiries and services now located in former Lakeland Mental Health building
Lake Region Healthcare (LRH) today opened its new Business Services Center at 126 East Alcott, just south of the Hospital building in the former Lakeland Mental Health Building.
Patient Financial Services staff have moved into this building to offer a consolidated location with easy access for patients to bring their billing and financial inquiries. The building is located between the hospital and the cancer center and has convenient 15 minute parking directly in front of the entrance.
“Since staff were being relocated due the clinic construction project, we took this opportunity to move patient financial services staff into one location to make access easier for patients,” said Larry Schulz, President & CEO.
There will still be limited staff at the hospital and the clinic to answer billing & finance questions for patients who are already in those locations. Patients and family coming to LRH specifically to make payments or inquiries on a bill should go to the Business Services Center on Alcott instead. The building will be open from 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday with the option for extended hours under consideration.
