Description: 

The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for developing a vision for advancing HR services, providing leadership in change management, and HR transformation in a growing and competitive hospital/clinic system.  She/he will serve as a key resource and strategic business partner to executive management on issues related to human resources including recruitment and retention, employee engagement and relations, labor relations, talent and organizational development as well as all human resources practices, structures, salary administration and programs and regulatory and compliance that enable peak organizational performance.  As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Human Resources will ensure all human resources services are well aligned with the mission, vision, and values of LRHC.

Minimum: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or field that has prepared candidates in system thinking and change management. SPHR certification required. Seven years progressive human resources leadership experience. Healthcare knowledge and experience essential.  Preferred: Master’s prepared in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Business Management; SPHR.
