The Clinic Nursing Services Primary Care Director makes recommendations to the Sr VP of Clinic Operations to achieve predetermined goals established by the Board of Directors. The director must exhibit proficient and professional communication with patients, co-workers and physicians. All goals should be accomplished in a cost effective manner, with the ultimate goal being the best patient care possible.
Bachelor or Associates degree in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing, possession of a State of MN Registered Nursing License. This position requires current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months. Proficient and professional communication, both verbal and written, training in managerial duties.
