One full-time or two half-time openings available. The purpose of this position is to prepare remittances for posting, verify reimbursements, maintain reports retention and reporting of work in progress.
Associates degree and/or established expertise in related revenue cycle functions such as patient financial services, medical billing, registration and charge coding. Ability to analyze payments and determine status and required actions. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms and build strong relationships with related functions and departments. Working knowledge of related systems applications, spreadsheets and word processing software. Ability to provide outstanding customer service. Diplomacy skills to resolve issues across functional boundaries and with outside entities.
