The dietary staff is responsible for complete preparation and distribution of patient and employee meals. Staff must have complete knowledge in all areas of the kitchen and be prepared to perform all duties as requested by the Dietary Manager.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately. Ability to interact with patients, physicians, employees, and guests. Should have some knowledge in modified diets and have high standard of sanitation, neatness and cleanliness. Must complete a Serve-Safe certification. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are a priority in this position.
