The purpose of this position is to facilitate full reiumbursement for services rendered through analysis, root cause identification, correction actions, process improvements and reporting actions.
Associates degree and/or established expertise in related revenue cycle functions such as patient financial services, billing and coding. Ability to analyze patient accounts and determine action required to fully realize reiumbursement from mulitple payor sources. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms and build strong relationships with related functions and departments. Working knowledge of system applications, spreadsheets and word processing software. Ability to provide outstanding customer service. Diplomacy skills to bridge difficult issues and competing priorities across functional boundaries.
