Under the direction of the Controller, the Accountant is responsible for assisting with the general accounting/record keeping functions of the organization, as well as various duties in auditing and internal control and financial analysis. He/She is also responsible for assisting with payroll and general record keeping of Lake Region Medical Group, and LRH Rad Onc Services LLC. He/She is responsible for various statistical reporting, and any necessary regulatory requirements and documentation.
Associates degree with a major in accounting is required. Industry or public accounting training desirable along with knowledge in data processing and computers. Must possess analytical skills and be highly organized and precise. Must become familiar with hospital accounting.
