Performs efficiently and accurately when assisting physician and/or carrying out physician orders as related to patient care, including appropriate documentation and patient education. LPN - To perform in this position requires the incumbent to be a graduate of a school of practical nursing with current LPN licensure in Minnesota; proficient and professional communication both verbal and written; patient assessment abilities. This position requires current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months. MA - Medical Assistant Certification preferred. Have the ability to communicate proficiently and professionally in both verbal and written. This position requires current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months.
