Leg Pain Screening Event

 

Do you experience leg pain when you walk? You may have peripheral  artery disease (PAD), which is a condition that occurs when blood flow to the legs is blocked from buildup of plaque or fatty deposits in the blood vessels of the leg. An estimated 8 million Americans are  currently living with PAD, but only 2 million have been diagnosed.

 Who should come:  Adults experiencing leg pain having one of the following risk factors: 

History of smoking or current smoker

  • Diabetes
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • 50 years of age or older
